Terms of Service

By using CredenShow (the "service"), the user ("user") accepts and agrees to respect the following terms and conditions (to the "Terms of Service") from CredenShow, and its respective domains. The Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Service by the User (as defined below). If you are accepting on behalf of the employer or other entity, by clicking the "Accept" button, you represent and warrant to CredenShow that: (a) have appropriate legal authority to represent and bind the employer or the entity concerned to these terms and conditions; (b) have read and understood the Terms of Service; and (c) accept the Terms of Service on behalf of the party he represents. If you do not have the legal authority to bind the Party it represents should not check the "Accept" checkbox when registering.

This User Agreement is a contract between you (“User”) and CredenShow and applies to your use of the CredenShow website, whether internet based or via the mobile application. Please note that there are additional documents linked within these terms and conditions. By registering for a CredenShow account via either the website or the mobile application, you as the User agree that you have read, understood and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy, etc. Please thoroughly review each referenced document prior to agreeing to the terms and conditions found within this Agreement.

General Provisions
  • Any violation of our terms of service will result in immediate account closure without any compensation.
  • You may only use the service as it was intended to.
  • By logging in / registering / buying / using our service, you agree to our terms of service. You also agree that CredenShow may use your company logos for marketing purposes only.
  • All data offered is derived from public sources automatically. CredenShow does not verify or evaluate each piece of data, and makes no warranties or guarantees about any of the information offered. CredenShow does not intentionally possess or have access to secure or private financial information. CredenShow is not a credit reporting agency and does not offer consumer reports. None of the information offered by CredenShow is to be considered for purposes of determining any entity or person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing.
  • Using the site and its services is at your own risk and responsibility. CredenShow does not hold any responsibility for any damage that might happen due to the usage of our services. By using our services, you take full responsibility for your actions.
  • Terms of service may be changed or modified at any given time without notice.
  • You may not abuse or misuse this service in any way.
  • By accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of our state, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.
You may not use CredenShow.com or any information acquired from CredenShow.com:
  • to engage in activities that would violate applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law, including the laws, regulations, and ordinances of any jurisdiction from which You access CredenShow.com;
  • to make any phone call or send any email or text message that does not comply with CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable federal or state law. You acknowledge that You are solely responsible for ensuring that telephone calls made or email or text messages sent using information obtained from CredenShow.com are in compliance with CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, or all other applicable federal or state laws. CredenShow does not scrub any phone numbers displayed on CredenShow.com through the National Do Not Call Registry or any other do-not-call registries;
  • to evaluate a consumer’s eligibility for credit or insurance to be used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, to evaluate a person’s eligibility for employment or volunteering purposes, to evaluate a person’s eligibility for a government license or benefit, to evaluate a person for renting a dwelling property, or for any other purpose specified in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681b) (the “FCRA”), Federal Trade Commission or court interpretations of the FCRA, or similar state statutes.;
  • in any manner that may violate any local, state, federal, or international privacy law to which You may be subject on the basis of Your location or the location of the person searched.
Updates
CredenShow may amend this policy from time to time. Notification of any material changes will be made via the website. You are entitled to withdraw your consent regarding the collection of your data at any time, as long as such consent is not required to provide you with requested services and products.

Applicability of Laws and Regulations
Your access and use of the CredenShow website is subject to the laws, regulations, and rules of any applicable governmental or regulatory authority, including, without limitation, all applicable tax, anti-money laundering, securities compliance and counter-terrorist financing laws and regulations. If your country of residence is based within the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation will govern your privacy concerns as they relate to this Agreement and to related documents and amendments as per the Privacy Policy. However, as per the Privacy Policy, we only collect your email address. Account activation and use of the website requires compliance with all provisions of this Agreement and you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of your ability to use the website or the closure of your Account.

Registration/Identity Verification
By opening an account to use the CredenShow service, whether by Internet, utilizing the website or mobile app, you expressly represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and accept the terms and conditions as set forth in this User Agreement.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and may be amended only in writing and signed by CredenShow. No waiver shall be effective against any party unless it is in writing and signed by CredenShow.

Warranties and Liability
We represent our product is of high quality. However, we cannot represent 100ectiveness due to intervening factors beyond our immediate control.
To the extent permitted by law, CredenShow shall have no liability, relating to Your use of (or connection to) CredenShow.com, for:
  • consequential, incidental, exemplary, special, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such;
  • loss of business, profits, business information, or business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss; or
  • for direct damages, actually proven, exceeding $100.00 USD. This limitation shall be enforced even if it causes an exclusive remedy to fail of its essential purpose.
CredenShow reserves the right, at any time, in CredenShow’s sole and exclusive discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate CredenShow.com, any services, information or content, or any part thereof, and/or Your use of or access to them, with or without notice. CredenShow shall have no liability to You or any other person or entity for any modification, suspension, or termination, or any loss of related information.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CredenShow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and related fees and expenses, resulting from, or alleged to result from, Your violation of these Terms or Your use of CredenShow.com.
CredenShow does not offer money back guarantee. All sales are final and non-refundable, no refund will be granted once the payment is done.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of the CredenShow website and may not be amended except by written agreement signed and notarized by the User and CredenShow. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, contracts, or agreements between the parties with respect to the use of the CredenShow service. If any provision of this Agreement is adjudged by any court or arbitrator to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be solely limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to allow for the remainder of this Agreement to remain in full force and effect and remain enforceable between the parties. CredenShow may alter, modify, change, suspend, discontinue or delete any of the services and/or terms and conditions noted in this agreement, for any reason. Nevertheless, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as amended. And the continued use of the services after any change, as noted above, will communicate acceptance of the modifications.

As such, we adhere to the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Additionally, we abide by the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as other relevant rules, regulations and laws, in order to secure and protect your private information.

This Privacy Policy will answer the important questions about how we collect, use and store information about you. In case you have any other questions or find any part of this Privacy Policy unclear, our Data Protection Officer is available to assist you as described in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy. Personal data will be stored for the duration of your use of the site within the legal guidelines of this policy. If you do not utilize the site for 90-120 days, we may dispose of your data after 3 years.

13. Data Breach Policy

Credenshow may notify users of data breaches, either internal or external, per legal requirements. Email notification may be made within 72 hours if the breach involves sensitive personal data. Additionally, users will be notified via email when the breach is resolved. Users may also input their information (username, email, name, address, etc.) to monitor their data via new breaches and be automatically notified via email.
